We are headquartered in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area, and in recent years we have expanded our offerings and our reach to various industry sectors and geographic locations, including outside of the U.S. to include Canada, South Africa, Europe, Latin America, Asia, United Arab Emirates, and the Caribbean.
SDS Global Enterprises’ President and CEO, Dr. Shirley Davis, brings a unique background as a 30 year HR veteran, a senior executive and a former Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for several major organizations, and most recently at the world’s largest HR association, The Society for Human Resource Management, as its Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Workplace Strategies for eight years. There she developed and implemented transformational programs and outcomes for both SHRM and the D & I field, and today, remains a sought-after global thought leader by organizations around the world on Diversity & Inclusion and Global Talent Management trends, best practices, strategies and solutions. She has received the highest level of industry standard certifications such as being a certified Senior HR Professional by SHRM and HRCI, a certified Interculturalist (able to administer cultural competence assessments), and a certified Speaking Professional by the National Speakers Association.
Additionally, SDS Global Enterprises Inc. has passed the rigorous scrutiny of both the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has earned their Approved Preferred Provider Certification. This important certification means that SDS Global Enterprises’ programs meet the standards and requirements of the HR profession’s Body of SHRM Competencies and Knowledge instituted by SHRM and HRCI’s strict guidelines for offering HR education. Therefore SHRM’s Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and HRCI’s continuing Education Credits (CEUs) and Certificates of Completion for programs provided by SDS Global Enterprises may be awarded.
